The following pricing tables break down the real estate photography pricing and other product offerings:
REAL ESTATE HDR PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING
Standard residential real estate photography involves taking single photographs of your house from various perspectives. These pictures will help set your listings apart from the competition by offering different views of your property that you normally do not see. The cost of one single (standard) real estate photograph is the same for all of our packages, the only thing that changes is the minimum picture quantity for different property sizes. DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING
Drone photography gives that extra wow-factor to marketing your properties. It allows for breathtaking views of larger lot features like pools, ponds/lakes, fields, and and other land features that standard real estate photography cannot grasp. Examples can be found HERE.
PLEASE NOTE that the drone prices above only apply for residential real estate lots less than 4 acres in size. If you have a lot that is greater than 4 acres in size, additional editing is required when taking any shots directly overhead and the prices are shown below in the “VACANT LAND DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY” section below.
REAL ESTATE VIDEO PRICING
Real estate video is a great way to show off your property. It provides a unique perspective of walking through the home and showcasing special features in real time (designer ceiling fans, lighting and water features for example). The final deliverable is a custom, fully edited 4k video showcasing the property inside and out. It can come branded and/or unbranded. Examples can be found HERE. TURNAROUND TIME: 3-4 DAYS

VACANT LAND DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING
Vacant land drone photography is for listings of vacant farm land, vacant commercial land, etc. where you would like to get a full overhead view of the property and have property lines added for reference. Due to FAA guidelines, drone pilots cannot fly above 400ft, so in order to capture properties greater than 4 acres, special editing needs to be done to stitch the photos together and make it look like one big photo. The pricing below includes the full stitched photograph with boundary lines and 3 angled shots.

VIRTUAL STAGING PRICING
Virtual Staging is a service that virtually adds 3D furniture, appliances, etc. to an empty room. It allows you to transform an empty home into a beautifully staged home that looks hyper realistic. You can choose from 11 different furniture styles to help match the decor and feel of the home. This service adds an additional 2 business days.
Virtual Staging Service: $35 per individual picture

VIRTUAL TWILIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING
Virtual Twilight is a service that transforms standard day-time pictures into pictures that look like they were taken during the beautiful “golden hour” of a sunset. It simulates a darker environment and allows you customers to visualize the exterior at night. This service adds an additional 2 business days.

COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL PHOTOS:
Commercial or industrial photo shoots (apartment buildings, office spaces, distribution centers, manufacturing, Short-Term Rentals/airbnb’s, etc.) require a licensing agreement that is longer in duration than a typical residential real estate photo shoot. A standard real estate photo agreement is only active until the home has completely finished the closing process and is no longer for sale. Apartment complexes use photos of model homes and amenities, for sales/advertising purposes, for a much longer time than a residential home is on the market… therefore, additional fees will be added onto any commercial or industrial photo shoots. The additional fees will depend on the use and the length of time you plan on using the photographs. Please contact me for further information.
Standard Commercial Photo Rate: $40 per individual picture
Standard Short-Term Rental/AIRBNB: $15 per individual picture
PAYMENT INFORMATION:

- Arkansas Sales Tax: 10.5% (6.5% State, 4% Local)
- All prices shown above represent Cash or Check ONLY
- An additional 3.5% fee will be added for credit card (processed through PayPal or Stripe) transactions
- All payments are due IN FULL prior to the delivery of the photos
SESSION INFORMATION:
- Session times shown above represent an estimate only. Actual session time might vary depending on property.
- If, for any reason (excluding severe weather), the photo session needs to be rescheduled, there will be an additional 10% rescheduling fee and I will do my best to accommodate a new, agreed-upon, session time
- If severe weather prevents outdoor photos, one of two things can happen:
- Indoor photos can be taken at the original date and the outdoor photos can be rescheduled for the next available spot
- Both indoor and outdoor photos can be rescheduled for the next available spot
DELIVERY OF PHOTOS:
One complete set of photos optimized for the MLS will be delivered electronically within 48 hours (2 business days). If you need guaranteed picture delivery to be 24 or even 12 hours, additional fees (above) apply.
